Orders are shipped the same day, if your order is placed by 1:00pm PST.
Orders are processed daily, and we make every effort to ship them out in a timely manner.
Allow an extra day or two during holidays or for large orders.
All orders placed after 2 pm on Thursday will not be processed until the following Monday.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories or an APO can be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or in Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes. An additional charge may apply. to place your order. Santa Barbara Pistachio Company cannot be held responsible for packages lost by USPS.
All other orders are shipped UPS Ground. Due to the rural location of our farm, overnight delivery service is unavailable. Options for expedited delivery are 2nd Day Air & 3 Day Select. Shipments to the East Coast via UPS Ground will take a minimum of 5-7 business days. Please see the map below for average time in transit.
UPS will NOT deliver to P.O. boxes.
Please provide a street address in the shipping information fields.
Santa Barbara Pistachio Company is not responsible for incorrect addresses.
Examples of incorrect addresses include:
Missing Suite, Apartment or Unit numbers
Incorrect or missing zip code
Using Avenue, Road, Lane, etc. incorrectly
If there is a problem or delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone.
Please leave a note for UPS if you will not be home to accept your package. A signature is required for 2-day or other expedited delivery.
Santa Barbara Pistachios cannot be held responsible for orders that are left at your front door and not signed for.
If there is any damage to your package & its contents due to the shipping process, please refuse the package and contact your local UPS office immediately, or call 1- 800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) for UPS customer service.

. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us at (800) 896-1044 for instructions on returns and exchanges. We will replace or refund in the event the product does not meet your expectations. You must contact us within 15 days of your order. In case of refund, shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds are processed when the original product is returned to us.
